Wow! Can't believe it's already been 4 years since my lap band surgery. I'm feeling great and more active than ever.....
Just got back from a 2 week, 3800 mile driving trip, taking my parents, sister and niece to visit old friends and lots of beautiful places. I know I definitely could not have done everything I did on this trip before my lap band! Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, South Dakota....beautiful country and lots of memories made. Garden of the Gods, Grand Tetons, Yellowstone, Devil's Tower and Mt. Rushmore just to name a few stops along the way. Visited old friends and where I grew up, climbed boulders and hiked trails. Drove through new and scenic roads along the way. All without having to stop to catch my breath or think it was impossible!
What a way to celebrate my Bandiversary and looking forward to many more!!!
