I can't believe it has already been 3 months since my surgery and I am down 34 lbs. already! I'm now working on my second weight loss goal of 175 lbs. Only 22 more pounds to go! The last 2 weeks have been a little harder. I have been hurting in my back just at the bottom of my ribcage when I breath deep and it's a little worse when I have eaten anything solid; sometimes is radiates to the front side too. I go back next week, so I will see if it is because I am a little too tight. I hope that is all it is and not something more. I have been doing so well up to this point, I would hate to have a major setback.
I haven't been to the gym to workout as much as I was, trying to rule in or out if that was part of my pain. Went back this morning for the first time in a week and worked out on the machines. Definitely could tell I hadn't been in a week! Think I will not go back to my aerobics class until we find out why I'm hurting.
