The new year is going well. My oldest daughter is back at college and feeling much better and my youngest is back into her busy high school schedule. And with everyone back to their routine, it was my turn to get sick. Fortunately it was just a sinus infection and I caught it early, so it didn't get full blown. I'm much better now and getting back into the gym to regain my strength and tone up my muscles again. I even got my husband to join the gym and we have the opportunity to go and work out together sometimes.
I'm enjoying the cooler weather here in Texas...it just gives me so much more energy!
