I know it's been quite some time since I last posted, but have been keeping busy with this cooler weather we have been having recently and loving it!
So, what have I been up to? Well, I am treasurer of my daughter's Choir Booster and I volunteer as much as I can with that. I'm doing driver's ed with her also....can you believe I still have hair?! I've been collecting a lot of recyclable materials getting ready to do some fun crafts and hope to sell somewhere and make a few extra dollars....college ain't cheap these days. LOL. I'm also sewing a lot more now too.
I'm kinda at a holding point with my weight loss (147 lbs.) right now, but totally ok with it. I have been enjoying life and maintaining; and what a great feeling that is. I've lost a few more inches since last month (total since surgery of 53.5 inches), so I know I'm still making progress in different ways and just the other day I tried on jeans because mine were getting a little baggy in the butt. I couldn't believe it...I could get into a size 8!!!!!!!!!!!! Never thought I'd ever do that again.
Well, guess that's about it for now. Off to test drive vehicles.....I get one soon, but can't decide which I like better-car or small SUV. I'm a scrapbooker so it's a very hard decision.
