I'm really enjoying the gym. I go to an aerobics class 3 days a week and boy is it kicking my butt and I also am doing an equipment circuit 2-3 times a week. I come home sore from the workouts, but am definitely feeling better from it and can tell my stamina is improving. I've lost 4 pounds since starting the gym, so that is also a great incentive to continue.
I go on Monday morning for my second "fill". I can tell I need one, have been eating a little more each meal than I was, but still only having 2 meals a day most of the time. I usually don't get up hungry and so if I'm not, I drink a protein drink; then I have a good lunch and dinner.
This time around, my weight loss was slower and not as much. I hope after this "fill", it improves; especially with the added exercising I've been doing. I'm still encouraged and am enjoying watching the new me transform...and can't complain about having to have a whole new wardrobe because I've dropped 2 dress sizes.
